Shipping ceramics to avoid damages requires lots of packaging for protection. However I aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

I also aim for as much recyclable materials as possible for packaging.

For pre-made items, once your payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. All orders are sent with Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days from shipment date to arrive, longer for remote areas.

I won’t return for change of mind, however where you feel the item wasn’t as described or faulty, it will be considered on a case by case basis. You (the customer) will be responsible for return postage to Brisbane, Australia. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased.

I don’t offer pick up right now as my studio is my home and I would like to keep that private.

However, I do stock my drying racks at The Healthy Peach Physio, Grange in Brisbane if you would like to pick one up from there.

Every piece is individually wrapped with the most care and appropriate packaging to avoid damages. However, If your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging, and contact hello@madebymagee.com
