Costs are based on how long the picture will take to paint.

Examples of costs:

Detailed painting (eg. family portrait):

12oz mug: $65
8oz cup: $55

Something simple or similar to what I already do:

12oz mug: $60
8oz cup with something simple or similar to what I already do: $45-50
6oz cup no handle: $35

Cups without handles are $5 less.

The Clay: For anything with detailed painting, I use the speckled stoneware clay you can see in my gallery below. This allows the lightest colours to show easily.

Colours: I have many colours to choose from. If you have a specific colour in mind, send me a picture or describe it as best as you can and I will send you the colours I have to confirm.

Shipping will be added into your quote based on size of order and where you live.

Steps in the commission process:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is taken prior to production. 4-6 weeks time frame starts from the date of deposit.
Draft approval: Once I receive the deposit I will start making your piece. If there is a detailed painting involved, I will do a draft in pencil and confirm that this is what you are happy with before I start painting.
The final product: When the piece is done, I will send a photo and collect the final payment before the item is shipped or picked up.

Things happen! 20% off new replica within 3 months: If you accidentally broke your special custom ceramic piece within 3 months of receiving it, send me a photo and I will make a copy for 20% off the original price!
